Biography

Dustin Granger is a dedicated attorney with a strong focus on bankruptcy law, currently serving as the lead attorney for Mark Young Associates. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Dustin earned his law degree from Western Michigan Law School.

With deep knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and consumer bankruptcy cases, Dustin has filed thousands of bankruptcies for individuals and married couples. He is passionate about helping clients eliminate debt and regain their financial freedom. Dustin approaches each case with a commitment to providing compassionate, knowledgeable guidance, empowering individuals to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

The son of a Baptist minister, Dustin’s values of integrity and service shape his approach both professionally and personally. He is married to the vice president of a hospice company and is a proud parent to one child and two stepchildren. Outside of his legal work, Dustin enjoys spending time with family and credits Elton John’s “I’m Still Standing” as his favorite song—a personal anthem of resilience and determination.

Unlike many attorneys, Dustin takes pride in being approachable and down-to-earth, rejecting the typical “stuck-up” lawyer stereotype. He believes in treating clients with respect, honesty, and genuine care.
